It is ideal as an all over body moisturiser and skin conditioner especially for sensitive skins. It may be helpful in topical relief for skin disorders such as eczema and psoriasis and after sun relief, through its cooling and soothing properties.

Virgin coconut oil has also shown to strengthen hair and is great as a pre wash hot oil treatment, or conditioner. Apply a little as required and massage deep into the scalp and hair, leaving it in as long as possible. Wash out if required.
